TERMS OF SERVICE

Paddle Atlas Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Paddle Atlas, published by Virtutis Digital. By downloading, installing, or using Paddle Atlas, you agree to these terms.

1. The app

Paddle Atlas is a paddling app and paddle tracker: route discovery, session tracking, and community-submitted route reviews and notes. It is currently in closed testing on Android (Google Play), with iOS not yet available.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

3. Beta and testing status

Paddle Atlas is in active development and closed testing. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and data loss is possible during testing. See Become a beta tester for how beta access works.

4. User content

If you submit route notes, reviews, photos, or other content, you're responsible for what you submit. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, or that discloses other people's personal information without their consent. We may remove content that breaches this.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Paddle Atlas - don't attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts that aren't yours, or use the app for anything unlawful.

6. Safety disclaimer

Paddle Atlas provides route and session information to support planning, not as a substitute for your own judgment, local knowledge, or official safety advice. Water conditions change - always assess conditions yourself and follow local safety guidance.

7. Cost

Paddle Atlas is currently free to use, with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If that changes, this page and our Refund Policy will be updated first.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time - see the delete account instructions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Virtutis Digital isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Paddle Atlas. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
