This Privacy Policy explains how Virtutis Digital collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Paddle Atlas. This policy is intended to support user transparency and app store privacy disclosure requirements for Apple App Store and Google Play.

Paddle Atlas is published by Virtutis Digital, an indie app studio and digital product developer.

• Location information, if you grant permission, including location used for route tracking, map display, and weather-related features.

• provide, maintain, and improve Paddle Atlas;

• store and display community feedback, notes, and other user-submitted content;

4. Location data

Paddle Atlas may request access to your device location to support route tracking, current-position display, route context, and weather or related functionality. You can control location permissions through your device settings. If you do not grant location access, some features may not function correctly.

5. User content and community features

If you submit route notes, reviews, photos, or other content, that content may be stored and, depending on the feature and privacy settings you choose, may be shown to other users. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in public content fields.

Paddle Atlas may rely on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including cloud hosting, authentication, database, storage, mapping, analytics, and related technical services. These providers may process information as needed to support app functionality.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Paddle Atlas, maintain account and community features, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and whether the information is required for operational, legal, or security purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

You may be able to:

• update certain profile information within the app;
• manage device permissions such as location access;

9. Account deletion

Paddle Atlas provides an in-app account deletion option. For user support and store compliance, we also provide public deletion instructions on a dedicated page. When an account deletion request is completed, some data may be deleted immediately while some records may be retained for limited operational, safety, fraud-prevention, moderation, backup, or legal reasons where permitted or required.

10. Children's privacy

Paddle Atlas is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required under applicable law to use the app independently. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review the matter.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to help protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date at the top of this page and revise the content accordingly.
