Virtutis Digital Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Virtutis Digital websites, apps, games, robotics content, the shop, and other digital products, unless separate product-specific terms apply.

By accessing or using a Virtutis Digital product, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant website, app, game, or service.

Virtutis Digital develops and publishes apps, games, robotics content, AI systems, digital tools, a shop for physical and printed goods, and related digital products. Features may change over time, and some products may be experimental, updated, paused, or discontinued.

You agree not to:

• use the services unlawfully or abusively;
• attempt to interfere with service functionality, security, or availability;
• submit harmful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content;

Where the shop offers items for purchase, order acceptance, pricing, fulfillment, and shipping are subject to the details shown at checkout. Physical items are shipped from Australia via Australia Post; delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Unless otherwise stated, Virtutis Digital retains rights in its brands, content, product designs, software, visuals, copy, and related intellectual property.

8. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time.

Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Use your own judgment when relying on app content, route information, or user-contributed information.
