Paddle Atlas account deletion

Paddle Atlas provides an in-app option for deleting your account. This page exists to support Apple App Store and Google Play requirements by making account deletion steps publicly accessible before or after installation.

Delete your Paddle Atlas account in the app

1. Open Paddle Atlas.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open the Profile screen.
4. Scroll to the Delete account option.
5. Tap Delete account.
6. Confirm the deletion request when prompted.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account access will be removed.
• Your profile and associated user data may be deleted or deactivated, depending on the relevant system and retention requirements.
• Some information may be retained for limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, operational, or backup purposes where allowed or required.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to access Paddle Atlas and need account deletion support, contact admin@virtutisdigital.com.au and include enough information to identify your account.
